Week2 - phrasal verbs
  1. Clean up - clean something, to place things in order
  2. Clear up - clarify something, to find out something, to explain or solve
  3. Cover up - to hide something, to cover completely
  4. Cross out - to draw a line through the writing
  5. Cut up - to cut something into several pieces

My examples:

  1. Every week I clean up my house.
  2. Today I was a volunteer, I helped to clean up the beach.
  3. I have to clear up this task, because I don't understand it.
  4. Our boss cleared up our duties in this company.
  5. Hey, it's snowing. You should cover yourself up better.
  6. My sister covered me up before our mother. However I said the true.
  7. This sentence was crossed out by the teacher.
  8. All wrong answers will be crossed out.
  9. Our cat cut up my new jacket. I was very upset.
  10. She cut up the letter from her ex-boy.
