My weakness:

I hesitate to speak with people that do not know at the beginning. But I try to overcome my shyness and work on it. Also I am worried about my pronunciation and spoken ability in English. I understand that good communication skill is the most important part. Sometimes I am upset when I see that I am right but no one does not listen to me.

My strengths:

I am organized person. love the orders, enjoy planning projects and schedules. Always manage my time. My main strength is looking for the best solution and do my best. If I see that colleagues are in need, I always offer my help and endorse them. Strive to analyze the problem from all sides.
