10:41 December 23 Flexibility, Leadership, ability to learn new, Volunteering |
Flexibility I can afford myself to say that I am flexible person. For example, my first job was a programmer, my second was administrative assistant. It is such a big difference. Unlike my second job, the first was more creative and interesting. But I enjoyed both of them and found a way to assist my department to be more successful by using my skills (see my topic about creativity). My work time was flexible, I often stayed at work overtime.
Leadership Unfortunately, I did not have opportunities to show my leadership skills because I had more then 1 manager on my previous works. I am not afraid to take over responsibilities If I see I can help and I have best solution. In family I lead. If I have work tasks I do my best to commit accurately according to the assignment.
Ability to learn new I love to learn and schedule plans for myself, especially if it is free. :) I attended to the web site Coursera, which contains a tom of free courses. Right now I am enrolling in 3 courses: first - How to Succeed at: Writing Applications; second - Program a Server-Side Application using ASP.NET Core; third - how to be successful in the writing resume.
Volunteering Currently I am volunteer in the Irvine Heritage library to help with shelving books. I wrote a little about my volunteering in my previous topic.
